NMES Technology has been around since the early '60s. But the year 2020 has brought completely new, beneficial and user-friendly devices to use.

The human muscle layer is located beneath the skin and fat tissue layers (Epidermis, Dermis and Subcutaneous tissue).
Therefore, it is hard to reach with traditional vibration massage devices.They tend to only reach the surface level tissue layer.
However, Hyperblade's micro current technology sends low-level electrical currents(25uA) that mimic the body's own natural electrical current which helps in stimulating the deepest muscle layers.

The only kind of complication that can come from Hyperblade's NMES feature is people with pacemakers and cardiac conditions. You need to get permission from your medical provider to see if it elevates your risk of heart attack.
People with epilepsy, have recently had acute trauma, fracture, surgery, and some other conditions shouldn't use a device either.

Everyone! In general, blade-type massage tools are made for professional use, because in order to use it, you are generally required to have professional massage certification to locate and treat the damaged areas with the appropriate amount of pressure.
However, Hyperblade Massager has a built-in Smart Sensor Technology. The sensor will automatically find acupuncture or trigger points and destroy them immediately. Leaving you as relaxed as getting a professional therapeutic massage.
The use of any NMES on a patient with a defibrillator is contraindicated.
There are a few precautions to consider:
Patient’s ability to respond to painful stimuli – Although we can set the parameters very low for infants and other patients unable to verbalize and likely avoid any discomfort you should only proceed if you have some reliable indication of pain. Such as a grimace, withdrawal response, watery eyes, refusal etc.
Pacemaker – It is not recommended to use Hyerblade on patient with cardiac pacemaker
Seizure disorders – Although there is no evidence that NMES will contribute to seizures it is recommended that you check with the neurologist before using Hyperblade
Post surgical changes or implants – Any metal implants located in proximity to electrode placement should not cause adverse effects however the patient may experience some sensation in the area. If so, the patient will decide to continue or terminate treatment. Any patient with any other implanted electronic devices such as cochlear implants, vagal nerve stimulation, deep brain stimulation, etc. may not be a candidate and the implanting surgeon should be contacted to discuss possible interference issues. If there is extensive surgical reconstruction and implants to replace structures, you should consider what is being stimulated and why.
Epilepsy - We don't recommend using Hyperblade if you suffer from epilepsy.

Our return policy is effective for 30 days since receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
For refunds (if applicable), please send an email to email@example.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.
Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days- depending on your bank.
Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during

Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.

- A specific description of the issue
- The Order Number - If there are multiple products in an order, identifying

Our support team will respond within 1 business day and Return Instruction will be provided.
All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed.
Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect color/quantity etc. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase. If
you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.
Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge. We also provide full refunds in instances of defective or damaged goods.

International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees.
These funds are not paid to Hyperblade nor are they set by Hyperblade rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.
Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
We do not mark packages as a gift.
To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our business would not be able to handle.
